Who Can Help?
We’re looking for anyone who is passionate about our vision.
We’re looking for both students and graduates, for voluntary and paid roles.
Students
If you’re in Cambridge, Oxford, Durham, or London, we’d love help with the following:
Join a student committee
Our events are run by students in small committees within each university. You’ll have autonomy to run two or three events per term to best suit your university. Roles here include organising and promoting events.
If you’re in a university we’ve not yet launched in:
Become a promoter
80% of our attendees first come to Fruitful Work through personal invites. This role simply involves promoting Fruitful Work to Christians within your university network. This is so crucial and is the best way anyone can get more people passionate about going all-in for God with their careers.
Facilitate a launch event in your unIversity
We’re seeking to launch in more universities soon. Can you help make this happen by facilitating a launch event in your university? We can coordinate running a launch event, but to do this we need your wisdom on how to best reach your university and most importantly your support in inviting people along and setting up on the night.
How else could I help?
Intern or work with us.
See the sections below if you’re interested in interning or helping with our national operations.
Internships
If you’re currently on a year out and are excited about Fruitful Work’s vision, please contact us as we have paid and voluntary roles available.
We are launching a 10 month paid internship opportunity for graduates or those on a year out from September 2025.
We’re also recruiting for a paid summer intern who loves our vision. There are also opportunities to intern for shorter periods in the Christmas and Easter holidays.
City coordinators
We’re looking for people living near universities who can help support their student committee. This can be either a paid or voluntary role where you’d dedicate around 15 hours per month to mentor the student committees, attend and support events and inspire students with the Fruitful Work vision.

Careers
We are currently recruiting for a full-time (or potentially part-time) National Coordinator.
Additionally, if you feel you can help our mission in another way, please contact us with your suggestions for a potential role.
