The Fruitful Work “All-in” Retreat
Dive deep into how your career can make disciples.
This is our flagship retreat for students and recent graduates who are already serious about using their careers for Jesus, especially those who’ve been thinking deeply about impact, calling, and faith at work.
Whether you’ve journeyed with Fruitful Work before or have been wrestling with these questions independently, this retreat is designed to take you further - helping you turn conviction into clarity and action.
What to Expect
This is an intimate and highly intentional space, limited to just 12 participants. It’s a focused space for prayer, reflection, and deep discussion with others on a similar path. You’ll hear from Dr Ed Michaelson (founder of 500K) and Alex Lyell (pastor of Streatham Central Church), revisit Fruitful Work foundations, and dive into new content to equip you for greater disciple-making impact through your career.
Alongside discussion and reflection on how each of you could have an impactful career, expect content on:
Understanding impact and how it shapes your career choices
Counterfactual thinking and effective Christian giving
Committing to radical generosity
Developing a personal action plan
Expect your priorities towards your career to be transformed. This retreat is designed to give you clarity, courage, and conviction, so you can make decisions that lead to greater disciple-making impact.

Speaker Bio’s
Ed Michaelson founded and runs 500k, an organisation with a bold vision to plant churches in the 500,000 villages in India with no Christian presence. He also works as an A&E doctor 2 days a week, so that he can run 500k free of charge. He is also one of the founders of Fruitful Work’s national expansion.
Alex Lyell is the pastor of Streatham Central Church. He also founded Sanctifi, which allows people to save in a way that ensures their money is used justly, funding homes for good rather than being lent out by banks without transparency.
FAQs
I’ve already been to lots of Fruitful Work sessions - will this still be valuable?
Answer: This is particularly designed for those excited to go all-in with their career and want to dive in deeper than is possible at our evening events.
